Behaviour towards clients
All clients are treated equally, regardless of their geographical, religious or ethnic origin or size. The benchmark for the quality of QS Zürich Ltd.’s services is set exclusively by the customer. His judgement is decisive. QS Zürich Ltd. has no business relations in the USA or Canada.

Impartiality
Top management is committed to independence, impartiality and openness in the certification activities of management systems. Potential conflicts of interest arising from the provision of certification are identified, analysed and documented. QS Zürich Ltd. does not certify any other certification bodies for management systems.

Confidentiality
All information provided by the client in connection with the certification that is not publicly known remains strictly confidential, apart from the respective accreditation body. This applies to all employees and is guaranteed by confidentiality agreements. Requests from other interested parties for such information will be rejected with reference to confidentiality.
